Shift & Fix LTD was established in 2020 as a sole mechanic specializing in transporting machinery and vehicles offering not only repairs and maintenance but also comprehensive transportation solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Our owner operator Richard is a highly skilled mechanic with over 2 decades of experience.

He started his career with humble beginnings in the early 2000's completing his apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and earning his W.O.F ticket in a small local garage.

After 8 years there he had an opportunity in Kapiti gaining significant experience at a hot rod shop, he decided to take on a new challenge and joined a large-scale civil contracting company as a Workshop Foreman.

In this role, he oversaw the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and trucks and acquiring the appropriate licences.

Richard's expertise and dedication to his craft have earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable mechanic has built strong relationships with his clients, who value his attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

     Richard values the relationships he has built with his clients, striving to provide the best possible service and ensure that customers leave satisfied and with their vehicles in top condition.
